The Carling - Meriton

Allvent was proud to supply HVAC fans for The Carling, Meriton’s master-planned residential community on Pennant Hills Road, Carlingford. Designed by Fender Katsalidis, the development’s towers rise up to 29 storeys, the tallest in the area. Ventilation equipment for a project of this scale has to be reliable, compliant and delivered to a demanding construction program.

Outcome

Allvent supplied fans for the development’s mechanical ventilation systems, keeping air moving through the residential and common areas. Each fan was selected to meet the required airflow and pressure while keeping noise and energy use in check, so residents get a comfortable living environment. Our team provided product selection, technical data and timely supply to keep the installation on schedule. All units were supplied in line with Australian ventilation standards and NCC requirements.
