With more than 1,000 student beds, it will be the largest student accommodation building in South Australia. At this scale and density, with residents living and studying around the clock, ventilation has to be reliable, quiet and efficient. Allvent is supplying fans for the building’s mechanical ventilation systems, selected to deliver the required airflow and pressure across the residential floors and shared amenity spaces. The selection also keeps noise low and energy use efficient over the building’s life. Our team is providing product selection, technical data and dependable supply into South Australia to support the services installation. All units are supplied in line with Australian ventilation standards and NCC requirements. TRINITY City is the second Adelaide student living project in Allvent’s portfolio with Synergy Construct, alongside 188 Grenfell Street. It’s a strong example of our growing role in high-rise residential and student accommodation across Australia.
