Allvent was proud to supply HVAC fans for the mixed-use development at 362–384 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction. On one of the busiest commercial strips in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, a short walk from Bondi Junction Station and Westfield, the site brings together retail, commercial and residential uses in a high-profile urban location.

Mixed-use buildings ask a lot of their mechanical ventilation systems, which have to serve tenancies with very different occupancy patterns and loads. Allvent worked with the project team to select fans matched to the specified duty points for airflow and static pressure, balancing energy efficiency, acoustic performance and long-term reliability. Each selection was supported by detailed performance data, giving the mechanical engineer and contractor confidence that the installed system would perform to design. As an Australian HVAC fan manufacturer and supplier, Allvent provided fan selection, technical submittals and dependable supply to keep the project on program. All units were supplied in line with AS 1668 and NCC requirements.
