Allvent was proud to supply HVAC fans for Baia, Meriton’s waterfront residential development at 33–41 Blaxland Road, Rhodes. Set on the Rhodes peninsula with views across Brays Bay, Baia has two sculpted towers of 10 and 27 storeys. It combines premium apartments with ground-floor retail.

Allvent supplied fans for the development’s mechanical ventilation systems, serving the residential and common areas. In a premium residential building, ventilation has to work quietly in the background. Each fan was selected to deliver the required airflow and pressure while keeping noise low and energy use efficient, for a comfortable living environment. Our team provided product selection, technical data and timely supply to support the mechanical installation and keep the program on track. All units were supplied in line with Australian ventilation standards and NCC requirements.
